Arbor Networks names Jeff Buhl as VP, Asia Pacific

Arbor Networks, provider of network security and management solutions for enterprise and service provider networks, today announced the appointment of Jeff Buhl as the company's vice president of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

In this role, Buhl will be responsible for driving Arbor's sales and channel initiatives in the APAC region.

Buhl brings seventeen years of international business leadership experience to his new role at Arbor. Previous experience includes multi-channel management, enterprise software and solution sales, telecommunications operator business development and consulting experience with the last eight years spent in Asia Pacific, specifically. Buhl previously held senior leadership roles at NQ Mobile, Good Technology and BEA Systems.

Arbor Networks has been active in APAC nearly a decade and has gained significant traction with some of the region's network operators, including Tata Communications, SK Telecom, China Telecom, Hunan Mobile, KDDI and StarHub among others.

"Jeff brings the right mix of service provider and channel expertise that will allow him to make an immediate impact for Arbor in Asia," said Arbor Networks president Colin Doherty.
