ValueFirst Appoints Kumar Apoorv as COO

ValueFirst Messaging has appointed Kumar Apoorv as chief operating officer to
head its current workforce of close to 200 people and take the company to newer
heights. As COO, Apoorv will guide the company towards scaling operations,
driving new initiatives in terms of products and services and doubling manpower
resources. Prior to this, Apoorv held key positions in online portals like
Naukri.com and Indiatimes.com.

Bharti Teletech Adds Teeth to the Management

Bharti Teletech has announced several strategic appointments to strengthen
its core leadership team. The new leadership team will focus on strongly
building emerging business opportunities as well as enhancing empowerment to
functions and developed business areas. Atul Jain joins Bharti Teletech as
director-sales and distribution, and will be closely supporting the CEO in
driving the sales and distribution strategy. Suresh Gupta joins Bharti Teletech
as chief finance officer and Sandeep Tewari joins Bharti Teletech as
head-marketing and alliances.

Lloyd Mathias Joins Tata Teleservices

Tata Teleservices has appointed Lloyd Mathias as chief marketing officer.
Mathias will be based out of Mumbai and will report to the managing director.
Mathias at Tata Teleservices, will lead the marketing function end-to-end in
terms of defining and executing corporate strategic initiatives for brand Tata
Indicom. Mathias brings in more than 20 years of rich experience in marketing.
Prior to joining this, Mathias was working as senior director, sales and
distribution in Motorola.

BayTalkitec Appoints Anil Sabnis

BayTalkitec has named Anil Sabnis as its new senior vice president, Business
Strategies. Anil is responsible for leading the company's new 3G/2.5G Mobile VAS
division, alliances and partnerships, and the overall business strategy
function. Prior to joining Bay Talkitec, Sabnis served in senior level
capacities at global organizations such as Unisys, Intel Dialogic, Interactive
Intelligence, and Servion Global Solutions. He has over 25 years of experience
in the telecommunication technology space.
