All Mobile Users Not to Benefit from Rate Cut

Subscribers of CellOne, Dolphin, Reliance, Essar (Haryana), and Aircel (Tamil Nadu) would not benefit from the recent mobile to mobile STD rate cut. At the same time, users of other cellular networks who make calls to the above networks would be charged at the normal STD rate. 

Surprisingly, AirTel advertisement published in leading newspapers does not make this point clear thereby creating a lot of confusion amongst the users.
