This India based IT consulting and services company through its services and

co-product development activities, has been growing from strength to strength.

Infosys solutions, which covers a wide range of business areas including

e-commerce and e-business enabling, warehouse and inventory management, and

customer management for vertical industries including financial services,

insurance, retail, telecommunication, utilities and manufacturing, has seen its

revenue from telecom vertical segment rising, too. While in 1999-00, Infosys

revenues from the telecom vertical accounted for 15.7 percent of the total

revenues, in the last fiscal it grew to 18.4 percent of the total figure of Rs

proprietary telecom systems accounted for 5.1 percent amounting to Rs 100 crore.
