Formed as a joint venture, MBT is today a powerhouse of telecom software
development and consulting skills with over 3,000 professionals. Rated among the
top three system integration and consulting companies from India by the Gartner
Group, the company operates in six development centres.

The company has recorded an impressive performance for the FY 2000-01 by
posting a turnover of Rs 388.49 crore, showing a growth of 51 percent over the
previous year, while net profit grew 53 percent to reach Rs. 99.1 crore.
