Zaggle appoints Siva Kumar as New Chief Technology Officer

Zaggle has recently announced the appointment of Siva Kumar as their new Chief Technology Officer. Siva Kumar will be based out of Hyderabad and will head the Technology reporting directly to Founder, Raj. N. Phani.

Siva Kumar's Journey so fas as IT professional:

Kumar comes from the top-notch educational institutes from India. He is an engineer from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and has finished his Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

With an experience of 23+ years in engineering management and software development, Kumar is a passionate senior technologist and engineering leader.

In his previous role, he was heading the technology as Group CTO for People Combine group which runs various school brands including Oakridge International Schools. Prior to that, he was associated with brands like University (an EdTech startup), Ibibo (eCommerce startup), Quark (desktop publishing software), etc.

He was instrumental in building various products from scratch at Ibibo. Goibibo and PayU are some of the products he helped building from scratch which has become billion-dollar companies.

In his ‘me time’, Kumar loves reading books, watching movies and listening to Tamil songs. He is also a sports lover and indulges in playing badminton, tennis and also follows cricket avidly. He is passionate about Yoga and loves to talk and

preach about it to the interested audiences.
