Vodafone opens Global Design Store in Meerut

NEW DELHI: Telecom operator Vodafone India has announced the launch of Vodafone Global Design Store in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut.

"Warm, customer friendly atmosphere, vibrant design, enthusiastic and helpful customer service team is what welcomes you when you walk into the Vodafone’s global design Store in Meerut," a statement said.

Located at S2S Square, Garh Road Meerut, the new Vodafone Store is in line with Vodafone’s ‘Retail of Tomorrow’ initiative to deliver unmatched retail experience to its customers.

With the increasing use of smart phones, mobile internet and new technologies, the customer is evolving at a fast pace. As one of the leading operator in UP-West & Uttarakhand, Vodafone wants to partner with the customer and support them through their changing data usage patterns. Vodafone SuperNet wishes to bring its world-class data network that enables faster data speeds and better coverage to its customers. The global design store is a step towards providing a Vodafone customer the best in class service and a seamless service experience.

An array of services will be offered such as 4G Experience Zones to discover and experience superfast video download/uploads on the SuperNet 4G network; Vodafone Red Zone; a first of its kind all-in one post-paid service; M-Pesa Zone; a unique mobile money transfer service; Self Service Kiosk; a 24x7 facility for bill payment and recharge service;Vodafone Red Box; to enable customers to transfer content from an existing handset to a new age smart phone for free.

The store offers live and engaging retail experience of Vodafone’s wide range of products and services. This store has been specifically adapted and customized after testing and validating a full suite of customer insights, which are relevant to customer needs in India.

Vodafone has been rapidly expanding its SuperNet 4G in UP-West & Uttarakhand in a phased manner to deliver a superior network experience to customers. Since January, 1000+ SuperNet 4G sites have been launched.
