Tata Communication has launched a voice outsourcing partnership and network expansion project with Gotalk. Through this collaboration, the company will deploy a voice infrastructure in Australia to support Gotalk to manage its retail and wholesale business unit over the company's Next Generation Network.
By outsourcing network, Tata Communication will enable Gotalk to offer improved routing control, call quality and reporting of its international voice services. This hosted, provisioning and traffic monitoring platform will allow Gotalk to maintain operational control over its core routing without deploying any new technology, enabling the provider to focus on market expansion while also reducing capital investment.
