Aesthetics and Commitment to sustainability

The setup is a clear example of an innovative office architecture and an employee-centric workplace. The floor plan gives ample importance to zoning, spacing, and access in line with the on-going requirement of social distancing.

A separate game zone has also been created in the facility to boost employee energy and productivity while at work. The facility also provides a first-aid room for medical emergencies, and a separate prayer room to accommodate employee needs.

Motion sensors were installed to save electricity, and they have also replaced the conventional tube lights with LED bulbs in their common areas.

The facility also installed an ARA system for the AC chillers (automated tube cleaner) to increase the efficiency, thereby requiring lesser power.

All SYKES sites follow the global safety protocols and measures within their premises. Some of the actions that they’ve taken is setting up a sanitization for everyone entering the office, as well as a temperature scan. They also provide a fresh pair of masks every day at the reception.

Aside from strict enforcement of safety precautions at the entrance, SYKES employees also follow a strict social distancing protocol. They only allow 4 people inside elevators, with everyone facing the wall or the other direction to lessen contact.

All common area doors are equipped with a foot door handle and the cafeteria capacity is limited to 25% of the seating capacity. All workstations were installed with partitions and sufficient sanitizers are placed in every corner of the office.

The entire floor and all the workstations are sanitized regularly during the day, followed by deep cleaning and sanitization once every 24 hours. Most importantly, SYKES has educated all team members on the importance of these protocols and controls to ensure that everyone on site is safe.
