RIM launches BlackBerry Torch 9860

Research In Motion has introduced BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphone in India. BlackBerry Torch 9860 operates on BlackBerry 7 operating system. Its other features include a touch-screen with 3.7 inch display, BlackBerry browser, voice-activated searches, the ability to manage personal content separately from corporate content, as well as personal and productivity apps.

The new BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphone also features Liquid Graphics technology. BlackBerry Browser enables the new smartphone to deliver around 40% faster computing applications than BlackBerry 6. Additional enhancements to the browser have also optimized HTML5 performance for gaming and video experiences.
