OnMobile announces major restructuring at helm

Value added services provider OnMobile Global has announced major restructuring at the top helm with the appointed of Rajiv Pancholy as managing director in addition to the position of CEO and Francois-Charles Sirois as an additional director to the Board of Directors.

It has named Nancy Cruickshank, a serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of MyShowcase, as an independent director to the Board of Directors.

Besides, it has announced the appointed of Bruno Ducharme as an independent director to the Board of Directors. Bruno is the Chairman of TIW Capital Partners, a private investment company. He is also the founder of Telesystem International Wireless, a mobile operator with operations in several countries.
