MTS Blaze 5.0 to compete with the likes of Gionee M2, Sony XperiaM

Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL), which provides telecom services under the brand MTS in India, has launched an android Blaze 5.0 smartphone, priced at Rs 10,999.

The smartphone market today is invaded with a number of Rs 10k phones. Gionee M2, Sony XperiaM, Nokia Lumia 630, Lenovo S660, HTC Mobile Derive 310, Lenovo A850 are some of the phones available in Rs 10,000 range. As a result,

Blaze 5.0 is likely to face stiff competition from its rivals.

   

Blaze 5.0 smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processors and comes with a 5” full touch display bundled with an EVDO and GSM dual SIM. Backed with a 2500 mAH battery, it is embedded with an 8 MP auto focus camera and provides a 0.3 MP front camera for video calling.

A customer can get the smartphone bundled with an MTS SIM card that provides customers with 100,000 MB data usage with a validity of up to one year on the first recharge of Rs 198.

Given this reality, MTS India is focused on introducing products and services that are built for a fantastic data experience. Our latest smartphone — Blaze 5.0 sports a 5 inch

screen, which is an ideal screen size for multimedia and mobile gaming.”

Blaze 5.0 also comes with gravity, proximity and light sensors providing enhanced user capabilities. The external memory of the Smartphone can be expanded up to 32 GB.

In addition, it boasts of MTS exclusive apps such as--- MTS Playground, MTS TV and MTS Wizard.

MTS Playground enables one touch access to one’s favorite music and MTS TV allows on-the-move access to over 100 live TV channels.

The smartphone will be launched across all 9 circles — Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, UP West, West Bengal and Kolkata.
