Millennium Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), has roped in Siemens Information Systems as a consultant for its business process outsourcing (BPO) plans. Siemens will advise the company to set up two 2,000-seater call centers, one each in Mumbai and New Delhi.
