Lumia 530 launched at Rs 7,349

Microsoft Devices has launched the Lumia 530 Dual SIM in India at a price of Rs 7,349 and it will be available in the market from August 14.

The Lumia 530 provides an entry to Windows Phone 8.1 with a Quad Core processor and it sports a 5MP rear camera.

The latest version of Windows Phone 8.1 includes one swipe notifications from Action Center, and the fast Word Flow keyboard.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon processor delivers a fast user experience of favourite apps, gaming and internet browsing on the 4-inch LCD display, a statement said.

It is embedded with social apps such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber and WeChat, plus key gaming apps such as Asphalt 8, available in the Windows Phone Store.

The 4GB of on-board memory is expandable with SD cards up to 128GB, and an additional 15GB of free cloud storage on Microsoft OneDrive that helps people sync, store, access and share files between Lumia 530 and computers, laptops and tablets.
