Syniverse, the global OSS/ BSS player has announced its renewal of contract with Knowcross Solutions, the technology solutions providers for the global hospitality industry. As part of the re-newed deal, Knowcross will deploy advanced text messaging services, Syniverse's Enterprise Messaging Service to clients. Knowcross had four years association with Syniverse earlier.
Syniverse's Enterprise Messaging Service will provide Knowcross with a simple, automated and reliable SMS-based tool to allow real-time communications to be delivered to customers and employees of Knowcross' clients.

The Syniverse Enterprise Messaging Service also enables mobile service providers to sell network-based application-to-person services directly to enterprise customers, with Syniverse managing the platform on the back end. Enterprise customers' back-end systems can be triggered to automatically send high-priority SMS notifications to select groups of customers and employees, offering the scalability to be deployed for a number of different business uses with a highly versatile set of messaging capabilities.
