NEW DELHI: Vodafone Business Services (VBS), the enterprise arm of Vodafone India, enables organizations in India to take advantage of new business opportunities and be more responsive to customers, suppliers, and employees with its range of total communications solutions combining voice, data, wireless and wireline services.

Given that India is likely to become a $5 trillion economy by 2025, the Government has been giving a major impetus to strengthen the SME sector. Vodafone exemplified one of its recent initiatives to support the Government’s Digital India mission through its partnership with the Government of Rajasthan’s integrated project - RajNET, designed to empower rural citizens.

This, according to Vodafone, is the first ever gram panchayat-level Digital India project was powered by Vodafone’s fixed line network across 33 districts of Rajasthan and allowed citizens to be digitally connected. With this, they could reap the benefits of over 200 basic services like Aadhaar enrolment, utility bill payments, submission of online application forms, mobile and TV recharge, ticket bookings, etc. Additionally, in an increasingly dynamic and challenging environment, organizations need to be ever agile, clued into customers’ needs and quickly respond to them. Vodafone’s Ready Business proposition combines mobility-focused consultancy and intelligent connection to enable enterprises to become future-ready and move with the times.

Vodafone’s portfolio of enterprise solutions includes Cloud Marketplace, where businesses can purchase apps like Microsoft Office 365 and Google G-Suite on a pay per use SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Further, customers can leverage its global leadership in Internet of Things (IoT) to deploy smart solutions for their organizations.
