Vodafone in Fiji is trying UCaaS

NEW DELHI: GENBAND, a provider of real time communications software solutions, has announced that Vodafone Fiji, has selected GENBAND’s Nuvia UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solution to offer its business customers a full suite of market-ready unified communications clients and services.

GENBAND’s Nuvia Cloud UC, as the company further claims, enables businesses of any size to replace their outmoded, ineffective PBX hardware with cloud-based unified communications solutions backed by carrier-grade technology. As per the company, it is also designed to make it easy for multisite, multinational organizations to stay connected with UC services such as Presence, Instant Messaging and Collaboration tools and Users can work from anywhere via fixed or mobile broadband connection.
