Vodafone Idea unveils new plan worth Rs 202 for TV Pro & Vi movies

The third-largest telecom provider in India, Vodafone Idea (Vi), has quietly unveiled a new plan for its users. The goal of the new strategy is to provide clients with an amazing entertainment experience. Prepaid and postpaid cell plan customers can access Vi's OTT (over-the-top) platform, Vi Movies & TV, as part of their package. Customers can now acquire a Vi Movies & TV Pro subscription for Rs 202 via Vi. Customers can view and purchase the plan on the Vi mobile app. Let's discuss this plan in more depth.

With the Vi Movies & TV Pro subscription, Vodafone Idea's Rs 202 package offers access to over 13 OTT apps for subscribers who already have a Vi Movies & TV subscription. Only Vi subscribers are eligible for this package. Please be aware that this plan does not include any service validity or other advantages like data or phone calls. This plan has a one-month validity period.

The Vi Movies & TV Pro membership is available for one month on the mobile app. Take advantage of free content from over 13+ OTT platforms. Vi made no reference to the OTT services. The platforms that are now available within the Vi Movies & TV platform will, remain the same. Customers who buy the Rs 202 plan can thus access material from a variety of sites, such as Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, ZEE5, SunNXT, Hungama, ShemarooMe, and more.

Vi's new product will go up against Airtel and Jio's OTT offerings. While Airtel has been providing Airtel Xstream Premium for a number of months, Jio has launched JioTV Premium for users. It's unclear if using this recharge option requires a base prepaid or postpaid cell plan to be activated on the part of the Vi user. However, maintain an active base prepaid plan before recharging with Vodafone Idea's new Rs 202 plan (Vi) to make sure your purchase doesn't go to waste.
