Uniken appoints Shrirang Bapat as president for APAC region

Mumbai: Digital security firm Uniken has appointed former Amdocs veteran Shrirang Bapat as President, Head, Business Operations for APAC region.

Shrirang, former head of R&D at Amdocs, will be responsible for overall business operations and expansion for digital security products at Uniken for the APAC region, a release said.

With over 20 years of experience in internet, mobile, cloud and analytics related enterprise software, Bapat has spearheaded R&D efforts of leading industry players.

He was VP - R&D leading the OSS division at Amdocs from 2006-12. He also served TCS in different roles which included--founder and head for their mobile computing business and product R&D services between 1992 and 2006.

His experience includes work in India, US, UK and Israel markets. His focus areas also included technology product innovation and scaling engineering processes for rapid product development and enhancing customer service.
