Sophos names Kuldeep Raina as Country Manager for India, SAARC

NEW DELHI: Security solutions company Sophos has named Kuldeep Raina as Country Manager (ESG Business) for its India and SAARC region. Managing all aspects of Enduser Protection business, Kuldeep will work effectively with the leadership of Sunil Sharma - VP Sales, India and SAARC, Sophos.

Kuldeep has more than 19 years of sales experience in Network Security, Network Monitoring, Systems Management, Networking Technologies and Enterprise Application market in the region. He has been associated with Sophos since 2012.

After Sophos acquired Cyberoam in 2014, he has remained actively engaged in integration of Sophos and Cyberoam channel ecosystems. In his new role, he will be focusing on the Enduser Protection market in India & SAARC where there is lot of potential for growth.

“Kuldeep’s familiarity and experience on the security business is a big plus for us. He has earlier held a similar strategic role at Sophos and that’s why I think he will be the ideal leader for promoting Sophos Enduser Protection solutions in India and SAARC,” said Sharma.

On his new role, Kuldeep said, “With higher synergy in Cyberoam and Sophos ecosystems, I see huge upselling and cross selling opportunities for our partners vis’-a-vis’ Enduser Protection solutions. I will be looking forward to see this business flourish to its potential and provide a higher level of security to businesses in an evolving threat landscape.”
