Samsung Galaxy S4 price slashed to Rs 17,999

NEW DELHI: Samsung's 2013 premier smartphone, Galaxy S4, has got another price cut just ahead of the expected unveiling of the Galaxy S6 next month.

The phone is available online on Amazon.in at Rs 17,999. It was previously available at Rs 21,900. Samsung Galaxy S4 was launched at Rs 41,500 and received a number of price cuts last year.

The handset sports a 5-inch full-HD SuperAMOLED display (1080x1920p) and is powered by 1.6GHz Exynos octa processor and 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB internal storage expandable up to 64GB and a 2600mAh battery.

The phone sports a 13MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera. It runs Android v4.4 KitKat operating system (upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop) with Samsung's TouchWiz UI layer on top.
