QiKU enters with Q Terra smartphone in India

Chinese smartphone maker QiKU has entered with its latest Q Terra smartphone for Rs. 21,999 in the Indian market.

NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker QiKU has entered with its latest Q Terra smartphone for Rs. 21,999 in the Indian market.

The smartphone will be available online exclusively on Gadgets 360 priced at Rs 21,999 and will also be available through Q Invite which will rolled out from December 5th 2015 at Rs 19,999.

The new device has a 6-inch IPS Full-HD display, Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, 3GB RAM, Adreno 418 GPU, fingerprint scanner, 16GB internal memory and up to 128GB of expandable memory.

The Q Terra also comes with a fingerprint scanner at the rear panel making it easy to take selfies and unlocking phone superfast..

The smartphones is powered by a massive 3700mAh non removable battery which ensures battery life and productivity. The handset supports double-speed 4G LTE networks upto 300MB/s downstream and comes with dual SIM slots, one of which serves as the microSD (upto 128 GB) card slot.

The Chinese company had launched its first 3 models as Q Terra , Q Terra Prime and Q Luna and its mini phone and selfie stick in China in August 2015.

Qiku is a Beijing-based joint venture between Qihoo 360, a leading China-based Internet company, and Coolpad, a China-based producer of smart phones and other electronic products. Announced earlier this year, Qiku is owned 75 % by Qihoo and 25% by Coolpad.
