Paytm explains that the service will comprise of over 3,000 experienced and certified e-commerce specialist partners who are poised to offer end-to-end services to merchants including catalogue creation, order fulfillment, complete account management, returns management and query resolution. The specialists will be available at the sellers' doorstep to provide services at a subsidized rate and help sellers realize their full potential and expand their business.

“Paytm Force has already found great traction in cities where we ran the pilot including Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Merchants on the platform have expressed how helpful they have found the programme in navigating through the online selling experience and using the services to better manage and grow their online business. It also creates a great opportunity for the specialist partners/(e-commerce support services providers) who are part of Paytm Force as they get paid a fee directly for their services,” said Sudhanshu Gupta, AVP, Business at Paytm.

Gupta also explained that the sellers on Paytm can avail the services of Paytm Force by simply booking an appointment online on Paytm's seller platform PaytmGoBig.com. They can pay a very competitively priced fee to the Paytm Force specialist directly. There are also weekly or monthly service packages that merchants can avail of, depending on their needs.
