The Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has released the OnePlus Open, its first foldable phone that supports eSIM cards. Through an OTA (Over-the-Air) update, the device's support has been made available. October 19, 2023 saw the launch of the OnePlus Open in India, and it is currently on sale. The camera system has been improved with the most recent update for the gadget.

The firmware for the OnePlus Open in India is now at 13.2.0.116 as of this writing. Aside from enhancing the camera system and incorporating eSIM functionality, the device has undergone additional modifications. Along with a number of system enhancements, OnePlus also resolved a few problems. The update will enhance the clarity of images captured by the Telephoto camera. Additionally, photos taken in Photo and Pro mode now have better tone and color accuracy.

The Hasselblad camera system is included with the OnePlus Open. This device features an internal 7.82-inch 2K flexi-fluid LTPO 3.0 AMOLED display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor. The panel can have a peak brightness of 2800nits HDR and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is a 6.31-inch 2K LTPO 3.0 Super Fluid AMOLED display on the outside.
