The company statement, however, didn't mention the name of the Middle East company it has tied up with.

Mahindra Comviva’s Enterprise Communication Platform (ECP) is a mobile engagement solution that provides a single platform for enterprises to interact with their customers, partners and employees. ECP helps partners create a suite of services that enhances the brand image and deliver personalized communications.

It also enables operators to create new revenue streams and improve the way they monetize A2P messaging, by enabling requirements across different enterprise verticals into a single platform – and deliver different types of content across channels through a customized solution than conventional products.

Aditya Dhruva, Head - Messaging and Broadband Solutions, Mahindra Comviva, said, “Across the globe, in developed and developing nations alike, enterprises are looking for solutions that enable them to reach customers faster and better. This business need, especially on mobile, presents a compelling revenue opportunity for telecom operators as they are looking for ways to offset their drop in P2P SMS revenues. Mahindra Comviva’s Enterprise Communication Platform (ECP) helps operators monetize their messaging infrastructure for this A2P traffic, by enabling enterprises to rapidly create and deploy a multi-channel engagement with their customers.”
