The app can be personalized by entering a few details, which would then allow it to recommend products based on customer preferences and shopping patterns. Users have the option of buying from the app itself, avail cash on delivery or visit the nearby store to experience the product and then buy.

Neeraj Jain, Co-Founder and CEO, Zopper, said, “Zopper has always strived to provide the urban Indian consumers with the maximum benefits that can be derived from our omni-channel approach. With this latest version, we hope to streamline the dataflow and provide our users with a superlative browsing experience. Moreover, with improved framework and customizable options, the app will turn out to be a great tool for fulfilling customer’s shopping requirements.”

Zopper integrates the ease of online shopping with the familiarity factor of the traditional brick-and-mortar shops and is present in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Kolkata. It also plans to expand its services across 30 Indian cities within the next 12 months.
