Lava launches new tablet X

NEW DELHI:  Domestic handset maker Lava has launched a new tablet-X80 for Rs 9,999 in India and will be available across all the national retail stores and multi-brand outlets.. The buyers will be able to choose between two color options – white and black.

"Lava X80 runs on Android KitKat 4.4 operating software,  features an 8-inch HD IPS (1280×800 pixels) display, and is powered by a 1.83GHz Intel quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. Also on offer is 16GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card," the company said.

Additionally, Lava X80 comes packed with an integrated Intel Atom Baytrail graphic core chipset. The device also offers an uninterrupted browsing experience with smooth and fast 3G connectivity with GSM 900/1800 MHz and 2100 Mbps HSPA support. Lava X80 device can also be used for calling using the earphones.
