Tollywood star Mahesh Babu endorses Intex

HYDERABAD: Intex Technologies has roped in Tollywood star Mahesh Babu as its Brand Ambassador for Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, to reiterate its commitment to South India’s telecom market. Mahesh Babu’s association coincides with the launch of the Intex Aqua Trend, which was introduced at an event in Hyderabad. Intex has fixed an operating price of Rs 9,444 for this latest addition to its range of products.

The Telugu superstar has been signed for a period of one year. During this period, Mahesh Babu will be seen in the company’s television commercials besides being the face of the company on a series of brand activations.

The new Aqua Trend, launched at the event, is powered with 3000 mAh battery with Android OS Lollipop 5.1 and a 1.3 GHz Quad Core Processor that provides efficient multi-tasking with ease on a 2GB RAM supported by an advanced MT6735 CHIPSET.

The manufacturer claims that with Intex Aqua Trend one can capture moments  with a 5MP front camera that clicks high quality selfies and displays well on 5-inch HD IPS display. The rear camera is a 13 MP camera which clicks pictures even in low light, owing to its unique features. It involves slow motion video recording feature, an anti-shake camera feature and gesture capture.

A special feature making the smartphone a trendsetter is the HotKnot. With this feature, one can share photos, movies and videos by taking the Aqua Trend screen closer to the screen of the other mobile and the sharing process is ON. Not only this, the company indicates that consumers can also operate their phone with simple hand gestures with the Air shuffle feature. Aqua Trend comes with a one-year screen breakage warranty and a complementary smart or sensor-based flip cover. It is available in four colors — Champagne, Silver, Gray and Black.
