Idea expands 4G services across 390 towns in Maharashtra, Goa

NEW DELHI: Aditya Birla group-led Idea Cellular has rapidly expanded its 4G LTE services to cover 390 towns across 32 districts in Maharashtra & Goa. It is the first and only service provider to offer 4G services in 300 of these towns.

Idea’s world class 4G LTE service is now available in the major towns of Amravati, Aurangabad, Gondia, Kohlapur, Alibagh, Wardha, Vasco and Panjim, in addition to Nagpur and Ahmednagar where services were launched earlier this year.

Speaking on the expansion, Rajendra Chourasia - Chief Operating Officer - Maharashtra & Goa, Idea Cellular, said, “Idea is the oldest and largest mobile operator in Maharashtra and Goa.
