HCL Technologies Named North America Leader in Application Services by Ovum

HCL Technologies, has announced that research firm Ovum has recognized the company as a market leader in its 2018-2019 “Ovum Decision Matrix: Market Leaders in North American Applications Services.”

Ovum cites several key differentiators illustrated by HCL, including its commitment to client outcomes, its agile approach to application services, and its willingness to innovate with a large variety of output and business value-based models. In the report, HCL receives the highest rating in the strategy execution category.
