Excitel terminates its internet services in 13 cities in India

Excitel a home internet startup in India, has discontinued its services in 13 Indian cities. A rapidly expanding internet service provider (ISP), Excitel, is already accessible in 34 Indian cities. Due to the company ceasing operations in 13 cities, the number has drastically decreased from the last count. There are just three 200, 300, and 400 Mbps package options available from the ISP.

Akbarpur, Auraiya, Bareilly, Hamirpur, Kannauj, Konch, Kushinagar, Nagaur, Nohar, Orai, Rawatsar, Sumerpur, and Suratgarh are all the cities where Excitel has stopped offering its services.

With its solutions, Excitel hopes to satisfy the needs of users who desire a smooth internet experience at home. Since providing fast broadband connectivity to customers inside their homes presents a large market opportunity, the company is not at all focused on enterprise clients. Just 34 cities currently offer its services.

Adilbad, Amroha, Bangalore, Bhimavaram, Delhi NCR, Deoria, Farrukhabad, Etawah, Fatehpur, Gorakhpur, Guntur, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jhansi, Jodhpur, Kakinada, Kanpur, Khammam, Lucknow, Mangalore, Meerut, Miryalguda, Mumbai, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Patna, Prayagraj, Rohtak, Sonipat, Unnao, Varanasi, Vishakhapatnam, Vijayawada, and Vrindavan are the 34 cities where Excitel is currently offering its internet services.

If you choose a monthly payment option, you can easily discontinue the services whenever you want and change to another ISP, such as JioFiber or Airtel Xstream Fibre. However, The most cost-effective course of action with Excitel is to choose for long-term plans. To evaluate whether the company's services are satisfactory or not, it would be ideal to begin with monthly services.It is possible that after paying for a long-term plan, you will find that you no longer enjoy the services.

Excitel, last month took its ‘Big Screen’ plan across India to over 35 cities. The plan offers 400 Mbps speed, along with a 32-inch smart TV with 16 app subscriptions, including Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, and ZEE5 among others, at just INR 1,299/- a month. Excitel’s other Mini Home Theater plan is offering a Full HD Home Projector with Autofocus and Dual WiFi, delivering a 200-inch viewing experience of  ‘Mini Home Theatre’ at just INR 1499/- a month.

Excitel has also recently partnered with Disney+ Hotstar,  to offer what they claim as India's Most Affordable "World Cup Plan" at INR 499 for World Cup Enthusiasts. This exclusive offer by Excitel available from October 5 to November 17, features blazing-fast internet speeds of up to 300 Mbps and grants users exclusive access to Disney+ Hotstar.
