Epicor appoints Paul Hammond as regional VP for Middle East, Africa, India & Turkey

Epicor Software has appointed Paul Hammond as regional vice president for Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey.

He will be based at the regional headquarters in Dubai, UAE and will lead business operations and expansion across the region. Hammond will be managing the direct sales force as well as channel partners across the region.

Hammond will report to Keith Deane, senior vice president and general manager for Epicor in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

"By bringing on board a highly capable and widely experienced industry veteran like Hammond, who has a proven track record in the region's software industry, we aim to increase our market share while continuing to deliver innovative and inspiring business software solutions that match the specific needs of our clients," said Deane.

With more than two decades of experience in the regional software industry, he has worked with leading enterprise software companies across the region. Prior to joining the Epicor senior management team, Hammond was head of the volume business for the entire Middle East and North Africa for SAP Middle East. Added to this, he has held key positions at Infor, Software AG and Symantec across various countries in EMEA and North America.

A graduate in Business Administration from Texas State University, USA, Hammond has been living in the region for more than 10 years.
