VVDN to launch world’s first Blockchain Smart Phone in India

NEW DELHI: Embedded Downloads has announced the launch of BitVault — world’s first crypto communicator and blockchain smartphone — in association with VVDN Technologies of India. The announcement was made at a press conference at The Lalit, Barakhamba Avenue, Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Embedded Downloads, the maker of world’s first blockchain smart phone has commissioned VVDN Technologies of India as development and manufacturing partner for this revolutionary product.

The press release says that BitVault received an overwhelming response at London Fintech Week (7 – 14 June 2017) when it was introduced to the fintech community with prototypes showcased. The phone is expected to be launched globally in London, UK on the 31st of October 2017, and also initiate shipping post the launch.

Loaded with dozens of breakthrough features, BitVault is a Third Party Independent Multilayer Security (3IMS) enabled by fingerprint recognition, and iris scan. Safety is the most distinct feature of this phone that’s why all the key functions like voice calling, video calling, messaging, and document sharing are protected with Private Blockchain.

BitVault is also the safest device ever made for the transactions of cryptocurrency and it offers immaculately protected 5 Bitcoin wallets. The phone has default BitVault application store for new Blockchain and cryptocurrency apps.

Hein Marais, Founder and CEO, Embedded Downloads, UK, said, “BitVault uses primarily blockchain technology for its functions thus a secure call is not from a phone number to a phone number but from public-key on the blockchain to another public key on a blockchain. Similarly, a message is not to an email address but from a key to a key. BitVault thus forms its own closed eco-system creating a secure communication environment not accessible to outside devices.”

It is believed that Foolproof security is the USP of BitVault, but it is not the only feature that makes it most desirable phone of the time. 5.5 Inch Touch Screen, 64 bit 2.0GHz Octa Core Processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB Flash Storage, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, 13MP Back camera and 8MP front camera make the BitVault smartest phone till date.

Vivek Bansal, Founder and VP Engineering VVDN Technologies, said, “We are proud to be associated with Embedded Downloads in the development of BitVault. BitVault is devised to address the changing needs of government agencies, financial institutions, defence/police, power plants, logistics firms, cyber security companies, and any business or individual who needs private communication network. As it is a blockchain smart phone, safety is the embedded part of BitVault.”
