Aricent appoints Eric D Buhrfeind as HR head

The Aricent group, a global high value technology company, today announced the appointment of Eric D Buhrfeind as its new global head of HR.

Buhrfeind joins the company with immediate effect, reporting to CEO Frank Kern. He will be serving as a member of the senior management team and replacing former HR head Amitabh Hajela, who is leaving the company for personal reasons.

An accomplished talent management leader, Buhrfeind brings an extensive experience of more than 20 years in global human resource management; leadership development and coaching; change management and organizational change; and client consulting to his new role at the Aricent Group.

With a track record of successfully building high performing, globally dispersed teams, he has deep expertise in designing and deploying complex talent strategy and processes on a global scale including a strong focus on key emerging markets.

Buhrfeind holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, US.
