The Aegis Graham Bell Awards are supported by Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), and Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCOE) India, a public private partnership initiative of Department of Telecom with 8 Centres at premier academic institutes of the country, each supported by a Telecom Service Provider and knowledge partner Deloitte.

The Amdocs O2A managed service is said to provide a holistic, automated, analytics-based approach for assessing, managing and proactively optimizing the entire order-to-activation process under clear service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The service enables early identification and remediation of order issues for fewer order errors and successful fulfillment and activation of simple and complex offerings, helping service providers enhance the customer experience. Based on innovative, patented technology, methodologies and processes, the Amdocs service completely reengineers this critical process without requiring change to the service provider’s IT systems.

“Amdocs’ O2A managed service is part of our Value Process Management portfolio of innovative services, targeted to optimize specific business processes,” said Anshoo Gaur, President and Head of Amdocs India. “In the face of heightened customer expectations and with growing complexity and volume of today’s orders, optimizing the ordering process has become mission-critical for delivering the great experience customers expect in the New World of Customer Experience TM. Our O2A service takes end-to-end responsibility over this critical and what is typically a fragmented process.”

Since the launch of its service in 2013, Amdocs has signed multiple new service agreements to manage the O2A process for more millions of subscribers at service providers in Europe, North and Latin America, and Asia.
