Abhinandan Sharma Joins Citadel Intelligent Systems as Senior Vice President

Cambium Networks has appointed Mary Peterson to the newly created position of senior vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO), reporting to CEO Atul Bhatnagar

Citadel Intelligent Systems (CIS), a Bangalore-based start-up and manufacturer of finest optic fiber solutions, today announced the appointment of Abhinandan Sharma as its Senior Vice President.

With rich experience of almost two decades in the Telecom sector, Sharma has held leadership roles in successfully managing, mentoring and coaching cross-functional teams. In his last tenure, Mr. Sharma served as the Director- Telecom, India & SAARC at CommScope, where he was part of the leadership team to formulate and drive strategies to position the global portfolio of the brand. He has also served various roles at TE Connectivity, Raychem RPG, and Sterlite. His forte includes profit & loss management, strategic planning & execution, sales & marketing, top & bottom line operations, budgeting & forecasting and team building & leadership.

As Senior Vice president,  Sharma will be responsible for providing overall business direction and managing P&L for the company.

In academia, Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a master’s degree in marketing management from Pune University and has also completed applied finance from IIM- Calcutta. He has been an active member of the FTTh Council Asia Pacific and till recently, was serving as Vice Chair of Technology and Regulations committee of the council.
